VZ 010: Back To School the Healthy Way

Getting ready for back-to-school is hectic, no doubt.  Lots to do, too little time to get it all done.  Summer was too short (for the kids, anyway!).  On top of shots, new clothes, school supplies and convincing the kids that this year is going to be GREAT, you want to ensure that you feed them healthy lunches and protect them from harmful chemicals, right?

In this episode, we discuss how to do exactly that.  Tune in for lots of tips for healthy, creative lunch ideas and ways to protect your children from toxins in school supplies (and protect the environment a little at the same time).

For more info on creating healthy lunches, please see our blog post, Creative Healthy Lunch Ideas for Back to School.
