    I just listened to this episode on other ways to use/eat hummus. Oh My Gosh! This episode couldn’t have been more timely. I just made some hummus a few days a ago and was wondering the same thing. I had some multi color bow tie pasta I needed to use up and I had a variety of raw “salad” veggies. I thinned out the hummus with olive oil and water, poured it over the past and veggies, added feta cheese, and ground black pepper corns, and mixed it all together. Absolutely delicious! I’ve been eating it for three days in a row so far; even for breakfast.

    Just love your podcasts and am learning so much.


    • Hey Michelle! Hummus, pasta, and veggies for breakfast…who knew?! Seriously though, thinning down the hummus and using it as a dressing is a great idea.
