All About Tofu (VZ 8)

What’s The Deal With Tofu?

Tofu…often the first thing that comes to the mind of an omnivore when introduced to a vegetarian; as in, “So, do you eat that tofu stuff?  What exactly is that stuff, anyway?”

 

In this episode, we demystify those little white blocks by providing a short lesson about how tofu is made, the different types of tofu and how they can be used, the nutritional value of tofu, a little tofu controversy, and some of our favorite ways to prepare it.
