We’ve always maintained that living a plant-based lifestyle shouldn’t be an all-or-nothing thing. It’s better to have a meatless Monday every week and make small changes at other times than to do nothing, right? Well, the same holds true for exercise. Too often, a fixed all-or-nothing mindset prevents us from getting the exercise our bodies need to perform their best in both the short- and long-term.
