In this episode of the Vegetarian Zen podcast we discuss the importance of having a strong support system, whether it is for your lifestyle choices, a chronic illness, emotional issues, or any other issue that might be important to you. In this day and age, it is very easy to find support online, and the Internet can be a powerful tool for connecting you to local people and groups as well. We share some ways to do this.
