Time is On My Side…Making Time for Exercise (VZ 03)

One of the most often-used excuses for not living a healthy, active lifestyle is that “there’s not enough time”. In this episode, we offer lots of helpful, time-saving tips for healthy eating, fitting exercise into your daily routine, and being more productive at work and in your personal life.

Larissa presents some simple ways to cut down on prep-time for meals.  Because, time management sometimes requires thinking outside the box, in our segment on exercise Vickie shares some great ideas for amping up some everyday activities to get your body moving a little more.  She also has lots of good tips for getting organized and scheduling tasks in manageable blocks.
