Summer Spirulina Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2/3cup soy milk
  • 1/3cup coconut water
  • 1 bananacut into pieces
  • 1cup torn kale
  • 1cup spinach leaves
  • 1cup strawberriesstems and leaves removed
  • 1tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1tablespoon spirulina powder
  • 4 ice cubes

  1. Add soy milk and coconut water to blender.
  2. Add kale, spinach, banana and strawberries.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle in ground flax seed and spirulina powder and blend again briefly.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
