In this episode of the Vegetarian Zen Podcast we discuss calcium intake, a subject that concerns many people, vegetarians AND omnivores alike. There is a myth that in order to get enough calcium from our diets, we must consume milk from animals.  This is simply not true! We’ll talk about this misconception and share which plant foods to eat to ensure adequate calcium consumption.
