Make Managing Your Diabetes a Priority

In this episode of the Vegetarian Zen podcast, we revisit a topic we first discussed back in episode 88 – living with diabetes. Larissa has continued her struggle since that episode aired in February of 2015, and we talk about setbacks and how to deal with them.

One habit that works for me is to not have carbs for breakfast.

So glad you ladies shared your stories on this topic – as a pre-diabetic and having gone through gestational diabetes with both of my pregnancies, I can relate to so much that you shared. This summer has been filled with junk foods and summer cocktails that have tons of sugar. Thanks for the reminder to keep things under control! I feel inspired to get back to whole foods!
