Most of us who are vegetarian or vegan have, at some point, been asked the question, “But where do you get your protein?”
In this episode of the Vegetarian Zen podcast, we talk about protein–how much we really need and some great non-animal protein sources. If you do want to use a supplement, we give you some ideas of what to look for.

Question: In one of the last episodes we did, we talked about things we wished we would have known when we first became vegetarians. Thanks for listening!
