Many Americans enjoy this time of year because it means BASEBALL. While we don’t follow a team, we do love getting outside and enjoying the act of being at a ballpark with people, watching sports, and eating some good food.
Before we became vegetarians, we ate burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, and things of that nature. Now that we are vegetarians, a few items are off the menu but luckily some ballparks are listening to their and the overall trends towards a healthier lifestyle by providing not only veg options but HEALTHIER plant-based options.
In this episode of the Vegetarian Zen podcast, we’re going to talk more about this trend of healthier plant-based eating in general and then go over PETA’s top 10 ballparks in the US offering some awesome veg treats!
