When we first became vegetarians, we also became juicers. We did a lot of reading online, of course, but the first book we bought was Farnoosh Brock’s The Healthy Juicer’s Bible: Lose Weight, Detoxify, Fight Disease, and Live Long. It quickly became our go-to reference for all things juicing, from selecting a juicer to buy right through to checking it regularly for new recipe ideas.
